    [摘要] 目的：为了缩短换药时间，减轻婴幼儿创面疼痛及肢体躁动所致的创面再损伤。方法：采用自制的MEBO纱布条治疗婴幼儿烧伤创面76例。结果：换药过程迅速完成，患儿一般不出现躁动，创面愈合速度加快。结论：MEBO纱布条治疗婴幼儿烧伤可明显减轻患儿痛苦及创面再损伤，换药方法简便易行。为MEBO治疗婴幼儿烧伤提供了新途径。

    [Abstract] Objective: Using MEBO gauze for treating infant and child burn, in order to alleviate pains and lessen further injury. Methods: MEBO gauze made in our hospital was applied on the wounds of 76 burned infants and children. Results: The change of the gauze was completed very quickly, since the infants and the children were quiet and did not move restlessly. Conclusion: MEBO gauze can markedly alleviate pains and so it does not cause any further injury of the wounds. It is very easy to use. MEBO gauze provides a new method for treating infant and child burn.
