[摘 要] 目的：比较MEBT/MEBO和干性暴露疗法对面部不同深度烧伤 创面的疗效。方法：将采用MEBT/MEBO和干性暴露疗法治愈的1178例面部浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面分为相应二组，比较二组的临床疗效并进行统计 学分析。结果：与干性暴露组比较，MEBT/MEBO组治疗的面部浅Ⅱ 度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合快，止痛效果好，疤痕增生不明显。结论： MEBT/MEBO对面部浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面的疗效优于干燥暴露疗法。

[Abstract] Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO and dry ex posed burn t herapy in treating facial burn of different depth. Method: 1178 cases of superfi cial second, deep second and third degree burn were divided into two groups. One group treated with MEBT/MEBO and the other treated with dry exposed therapy. Th e efficacy of the two groups was compared and the result analyzed statistically. Result: Compared with dry exposed therapy, MEBT/MEBO has better efficacy in tre ating facial superficial and deep second degree and third degree burn wounds, th e wounds healed more quickly, pain was relieved and no scar formed. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is better than dry exposed therapy in treating facial superficial seco nd, deep second and third degree burn. ......
