    [摘 要]目的：探讨应用烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)对面部深度烧伤创面处理的作用。方法：在避免医源性清创损伤，创面早期改善微循环，五官部位的特殊处理，控制增生肉芽创面，重视抑制肥大细胞对修复组织的影响等方面作了探讨与实践。结果：报告治疗的160例面部深度烧伤，瘢痕率仅为5.56%。结论：在创面处理过程中，应遵循MEBT生理修复的原则，把握创面各阶段的处理环节，可有效地避免疤痕的发生。

    [Abstract]Objective: To investigate the effect of MEBT on the manage ment of deep facial burn. Method: Investigations included the effects of avoiding iatrogenic i njury during debridement, improving microcirculation in the wounds, controlling granulation and inhibiting the effect of mastocytes on tissue repair. Results: 1 60 cases of deep face burn after treated with MEBT, the scar forming rate was on ly 5.56%. Conclusion: In every stage of burn wound management, attention should be paid to adhering to the principle of MEBT physiological repair, so that scar formation can be avoided. ......
