    内容摘要 在冶金工业生产中经常见到轧钢过程中的跑钢现象造成人体的贯通性烧伤，因为烧伤损伤深而创口小，即为临床治疗带来了极大的困难。我院从89年至今应用自制MEBO纱条治疗贯通性烧伤患者48例，取得了满意疗效。文中介绍了皮肤软组织贯通性烧伤的临床特点、MEBO纱条制备过程及治疗经过，并对临床应用MEBO纱条治疗皮肤软组织贯通性烧伤的可行性及临床效果作了分析评价。

    Abstract Penetrating burn wounds resulted from melting iron injury are deep and narrow and difficult to treat.The authors used MEBO gauze for treating 48 cases of penetrating burn wounds.The results were very satisfactory.The authors introduced the characteristics of skin soft tissue penetrating burn wound,the preparation of MEBO gauze and the application and efficacy of MEBO gauze.
