    [摘要] 鼻部手术成功的关键是手术创面愈合良好，而创面愈合好坏与术后换药关系密切。本文重点介绍了MEBO在鼻部手术后的使用方法，并对该药的药效机理进行了讨论。作者认为：该种疗法操作简单、安全可靠、疗效较好，临床上可以广泛使用。

    [Abstract] Successful healing of the wounds post operation on nose depends on the effectiveness of dressing change. Since 1993, we have been applying MEBO for treating wounds post operation on nose, the results were very satisfactory. This paper deals with the method of applying MEBO and the mechanism of its action. The method is very easy and simple, safe and reliable. It is worthy to be widely spread.
