    [摘 要] 本文叙述了应用MEBT/MEBO治疗门诊病人225例，治愈率100%。创面愈合时间最短5天，最长56天。较大面积的深Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度烧烫伤无一例植皮和造成功能障碍。体会：MEBO止痛效果明显、抗感染能力强、并具有很好的保护创面、减轻损伤、促进愈合、减少疤痕形成的作用。MEBT方法容易掌握、使用方便、价格低廉。比传统治疗节省费用2/3～1/2，深受患者欢迎。

    Experience with MEBT/MEBO in Treating 320 Cases of Burn and Scald Li Zhanhua Hospital of the General Fire Fighting Brigade, Jiangxi Province 330001

    [Abstract] 225 cases of burn and scald were treated with MEBT/MEBO at the outpatient department of our hospital. The curative rate was 100%.The shortest wound healing time was 5 days and the longest 56 days. None of the large area deep 2nd degree and 3rd degree wounds needed skin grafting. No dysfunction happened. MEBO has marked analgesic and anti-infective effects. It protects the wounds, lessens the damage, promotes wound healing and reduces scar formation. It is easy to use. MEBO treatment reduces the cost by 2/3 to 1/2, compared with the cost of conventional treatment. ......
