    内容摘要 1995年10月，我们收治了一批(11人)瓦斯爆炸烧伤伤员，经过近2个月时间的抢救治疗，痊愈出院。主要临床经验是：1.迅速成立由院领导参加的抢救治疗小组，负责组织、协调抢救任务。2.加强早期检诊、伤情分类及全身早期处理等工作。3.轻、重伤员实行分组治疗护理，特重度伤员指定专人负责。4.湿润烧伤膏用于成批伤员抢救治疗是切实可行的。

    Abstract 11 patients burnt by gas explosion were treated with MEBO.The treating course lasted almost 2 months.All the patients healed.The main experience is as the following:1,Timely establishing of a treating group under the leadership of the hospital head,in order to organize and coordinate all the departments to take part in the treating work.2,Examinations and diagnosis should be done timely,in order that the patients can be classified according to their cases and approprite treating measures can be taken.3,Patients after classified according to their case severity were treated and nursed properly.Special doctors were assigned to take care of exceptionally severe cases.4,MEBO can be used for treating patients in groups for its easy application. ......
