    内容摘要 本文报道了应用湿润烧伤膏治疗深度烧伤217例，疗效满意，治愈率100%。通过临床观察，肯定MEBO治疗烧伤有如下优点：(1)防止创面蒸发，减少休克期补液量；(2)具有显著的创面止痛作用；(3)改善烧伤局部微循环，阻止创面加深；(4)能有效地预防创面感染；(5)控制纤维素的过度分化、增殖、减轻疤痕增生挛缩。认为应用MEBO治疗烧伤是一种较好的方法。

    Experience with MEBO in Treating 217 Cases of Deep Burns Li Jun, et al. No. 364 Hospital of Xiangfan City. 441021

    Abstract 217 patients with deep burn wounds were treated with MEBO. The results were very satisfactory. The curative rate was 100%. MEBO has the following advantages: 1. It prevents wound evaporation and reduces the infusion volume at shock stage. 2. It has good analgesic effect. 3. It improves local microcriculation, thus protects wounds from deepening. 4. It controls hyperplasia of fibrous tissue, thus reduces scar formation.
