    [摘要] 一例臀部游离脂肪注射移植后脂肪坏死感染形成的窦道，经多方治疗无效，经采用MEBO治疗，获得痊愈。

    [Abstract] A case of hip sinus with infection of fat necrosis resulted from free fatty grafting had been treated with many drugs but all in vain. We used MEBO for treating this case. The sinus was healed.
