    内容摘要 自1990年以来，作者采用MEBO/MEBT为主的烧伤治疗方法治疗各类烧伤患者2000余例，其中多数病人的创面液化过程良好，即按其自然规律液化、排斥、愈合。但是，也有少数病例的创面液化过程不理想，或发生创面液化不良、感染等改变。为此，作者就何谓烧伤创面的正常液化，创面液化不良的局部表现与处理方法以及规范MEBT的临床意义等问题进行了讨论，力求每处烧伤创面在MEBO/MEBT治疗过程中沿其自然规律发展。

    A Brief Talk on the Liquefaction of Burn Wound in MEBT/MEBO Treatment Zhang Hanhua, et al. Tianmen City Chinese Medicine Hospital, Hubei Province 431700

    Abstract More than 2,000 burn patients were treated in our hospital in the past years. Most of them had the burn wounds liquefied very well, according to the natural law, i.e. liquefaction,, rejection and healing, some patients did not have good wound liquefaction or have wound infected. The authors make a discussion on the significance of the application of MEBT according to the standard method and the effect on wound liquefaction, in the purpose of promoting wound liquefaction in MEBT/MEBO treatment.
