    内容摘要 作者自1988年8月～1996年8月收治了67例严重手外伤后所致的皮肤缺损，采用皮瓣转移手术修复，收到良好效果。对手术适应证的选择，影响手术成功的因素等进行讨论。作者认为，根据不同的皮肤缺损选择相应的皮瓣修复，并严格执行清创原则，可最大程度地恢复手的外形和功能。

    Abstract 67 cases of severe hand skin defect resulted from traumatic injury were repaired with skin flap transplantation surgery. The results were very satisfactory. A discussion on the selection of indications is presented. Different skin defects need to be repaired using different skin flaps. Proper debriedement helps to achieve good recovery of the function and appearance of the hand to the greatest extent.
