    〔摘 要〕 目的：报道湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗植物性日光皮炎致皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法：在抗组织胺药物治疗的基础上，手背、面部溃疡创面先后采用MEBT/MEBO疗法，辅以局部适度扩创及酌情使用抗生素。结果：用药5分钟后，局部灼痛、麻胀感消失，治疗10～18天，创面愈合。结论：尽管植物性日光皮炎的发病机理尚未完全明了，但MEBO对其所致的皮肤溃疡疗效显著，值得推广应用。

    Clinical Application of MEBO in Treating skin Ulcer Resulted from Vegetative Solar Dermatitis Wang Jiurong, Laofu Health center, Songshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia 024037

     〔Abstract〕 Patients with skin ulcer resulted from vegetative solar dermatitis were treated with MEBO in combination with anti-histamine drug. Local debriedement was conducted and antibiotics were applied where necessary. Five minutes after application of MEBO, the sensation of pain and tingling vanished. The wounds healed in 10 to 18 days.
