    [摘 要] 对两年来发生吸入性损伤后窒息的原因加以分析，并总结以下预防及护理措施：掌握吸入性损伤的病理及病理生理变化，正确有效地吸取痰液，合理选择体位，严密观察窒息早期征象，及时建立人工气道，加强其他综合抢救护理措施。

    Prevention and Nursing of Suffocation of Burn Patients with Inhalation Injury Lu Xiaolian No.181 Hospital of PLA, Guilin 541002

    [Abstract] The causes of suffocation of burn patients with inhalation injury were analyzed. In order to prevent suffocation, the following nursing measures were adopted: to make clear the pathological and patho-physiological changes happened in inhalation injury, to drain the sputum effectively in a proper way, to keep the patients in a rational posture, to inspect carefully early symptoms and signs of suffocation, to set up artificial gas way timely and to take other necessary nursing measures.
