摘 要：目的：探讨耕耘疗法在深Ⅱ度-Ⅲ度创面治疗中的疗效。方法：选同期住院病人40例，对深Ⅱ度-浅Ⅲ度烧伤创面进行耕耘(浅Ⅱ度-深Ⅲ度伤除外)，然后外用MEBO。结果：深Ⅱ度、浅Ⅲ度烧伤，部位不同，治疗方法相同，液化时间、愈合时间各不相同。结论：耕耘疗法可改善创面局部微循环，促进创面液化，使愈合期缩短。

Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ploughing technique in treating deep 2nd degree and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds. Method: 40 cases of burn were treated with MEBO. Before applying MEBO, their deep 2nd degree and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds were treated with ploughing technique. Results: Deep 2nd and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds in different positions had different liquefaction and healing time. Conclusion: Ploughing helped to improve local micro-circulation in the wounds, promoted liquefaction and shortened healing time.
