【摘要】 目的 探索用羊脾制备肿瘤特异性转移因子的方法，为肿瘤治疗提供适宜的免疫治疗剂。方法 用患者术后肿瘤组织加佐剂免疫绵羊，取其脾制备肿瘤特异性转移因子，按《中国生物制品规程》2000年版规程要求进行全面检定，制品的特异性活性测定采用白细胞粘附抑制法。结果 制品具有较强的抗肿瘤特异性活性，能转移针对肿瘤的特异性细胞免疫功能，制品药效能达到国家同类药品标准。结论 本法可制备出合格的羊脾肿瘤特异性转移因子，制品可作为肿瘤的辅助治疗剂。

    【Abstract】 Objective The method of preparing tumor specific transfer factor with sheep spleen(SS tumor -TF)was explored in order to provide proper immunity preparation for tumor.Methods Sheep were whole course imˉmunized with the tumor tissue from patient after operation and subsidiary adjuvant;SS tumorTF was refined from the sheep spleens.The specific activity of SS tumor -TF was determined by spectrophotometry-LAI test.All items of the products were detected according to the Requirements of Biolgical Products of China.Results SS tumor -TF has qualiˉfied anti-tumor specific activity and can transfer specific cell immunoreaction against tumor.Every kind of efficacy of medicine can attain the standard of national same kind drugs.Conclusion Qualified SS tumor -TF product can be proˉduced by adopting this method.Products can be regarded as supplementary preparation for tumor. ......
