【摘要】 目的 探讨老年原发性高血压(essential hypertension，EH)患者脉压(pulse pressure，PP)与左心室肥厚(left venˉtricular hypertrophy，LVH)的关系。方法 将120例60岁以上初诊的轻中度高血压病患者按PP≥8kPa、<8kPa分为两组，用超声心动图比较两组间左室结构的变化。结果 PP≥8kPa组中，左室重量指数、收缩压明显增高(P<0.05)，合并左室肥厚的比例明显增多(P<0.05)，而年龄、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、体重指数、舒张压、平均动脉压均差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 老年高血压患者左心室肥厚与脉压有密切关系。
