【摘要】 目的 总结研究应用皮瓣、肌皮瓣移植修复四肢组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用17种类型的皮瓣、肌皮瓣移(位)植修复组织缺损200例，其中带蒂皮瓣12种164例，吻合血管移植5种36例。结果 移植皮瓣成活194例，坏死6例，成活率为97%。结论 皮瓣移植修复严重复杂创伤性组织缺损可保肢，疗程短，肢体外形功能恢复好，只要严格掌握手术适应证，严格显微操作，就能获得预期的良好效果。关键词 外科皮瓣 治疗结果 软组织损伤

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyses the clinical results of using transplantation skin and myocutaneous flaps to reconstruct the extremities soft tissue defects.Methods 200cases were treated by flap transplantation，164cases with12transfers of vascularised flaps and36cases with5transfers of vaso-anastomosed flaps.Results 194cases sucˉceed among all cases.6cases were totally necrosis.97%of the patients obtained excellent and good results.Concluˉsion The microsurgical method is the useful technical to treat serious damaged extremities which may be cut off and it also the effective method to ensure the limbs survival and the function recovery. ......
