【摘要】 目的 探讨影响肺表面活性物质(PS)疗效的因素。方法 19例新生儿肺透明膜病分为治愈组及死亡组，总结分析使用肺表面活性物质治疗的情况。结果 使用PS前两组pH、PaCO 2 差异有显著性;孕周、出生体重、出生窒息史、PS剂量差异有显著性。缓慢给药病例与快速给药病例肺出血、脑出血、动脉导管重新开放等并发症差异有显著性。结论 早期足量使用PS，使用前注意改善通气、纠正酸中毒，PS注入速度应缓慢，以不少于15min为宜。
