【摘要】 目的 探讨胆总管囊肿的外科治疗方法。方法 回顾分析1995～2004年胆总管囊肿19例的外科治疗方法及效果。结果 胆总管囊肿的临床表现以上腹痛为最多见。B超为首选的检查方法。本组男4例，女15例，女性多见。年龄3～41岁，儿童多见。19例病例大多数行囊肿切除、肝管-空肠Roux-en-Y吻合加空肠胆管矩形活瓣术，效果满意。结论 B超为诊断本病首选的检查方法，囊肿切除+肝管空肠吻合加空肠胆管矩形活瓣术为本病的首选术式。
