【摘要】 骨髓坏死是指骨髓中造血细胞发生原位死亡和基质的大面积坏死 [1，2] 。引起骨髓坏死的原因多种多样。其主要症状有骨痛、发热、骨髓抽吸及活检有特征性改变。该症主要治疗是对原发病的治疗。

    matrix in bone marˉrow.many factors can result in bone marrow necrosis with main clinical presentation of fever and ostalgia.Characteristic changes can be seen in bone marrow aspiratre

    and biopsy.The essential therapy should aim at original diseases which cause bone marrow necrosis.
