【摘要】 目的 探讨p27 ^kip1 与甲状腺乳头状癌的相关性。方法 用免疫组化方法检测p27蛋白在6例结节性甲状腺肿、10例甲状腺瘤和36例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达水平。结果 p27蛋白在6例结节性甲状腺肿、10例甲状腺瘤中均有表达，前者着色明显高于后者，在乳头状癌中阳性表达为30/36例，合并淋巴结转移、局部浸润标本阳性率明显低于无淋巴结转移、无组织浸润的甲状腺癌。结论 p27 ^kip1 的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的淋巴转移及肿瘤浸润显著相关。
