【摘要】 目的 探讨咽旁区及颅底肿瘤的手术治疗。方法 报告42例咽旁区及颅底肿瘤切除的手术径路及其优缺点、适用范围。结果 此区肿瘤主要来源于腮腺深叶，神经肌肉组织及颌骨等组织。结论 应根据肿瘤的原发部位、体积、侵犯范围、有无颈淋巴结转移等情况而确定手术入路。
