【摘要】 目的 了解无肌病性皮肌炎(Amyopathic dermatomyositis，AMD)的临床特点，掌握AMD的诊断依据。方法 对既往181例皮肌炎(DM)进行回顾性分析，发现8例AMD，占DM的4%。结果 了解了AMD的临床表现和诊断标准及临床分型。结论 提高了在临床工作中对本病的认识。
