【摘要】 目的 总结高龄肺癌外科治疗经验。方法 回顾分析手术治疗的113例70岁以上肺癌患者资料。结果 发生并发症31例，死亡3例。吸烟指数>400及合并慢性阻塞性肺病者，术后呼吸系统并发症发生率高于对照组。全肺切除的心肺并发症发生率高于肺叶、肺段或楔形切除。结论 高龄肺癌患者手术治疗应持积极而又谨慎的态度。
