【摘要】 医院核心竞争力是近年来影响最大也是最重要的一个医院战略管理概念，文章在对医院核心竞争力概念和特征进行界定的基础上，分析了研究医院核心竞争力的现实意义，提出了构建医院核心竞争力的有效措施。
