【摘要】 目的 探索腹腔晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗方法。方法 采用核工业909所提供的 ³² P胶体术中或术后注入腹腔或瘤体内，一次注射剂量10～15mci，3个月后视病情再次注射。结果 5例癌性腹水4例消退，1例增长延缓。3例小肠平滑肌肉瘤复发，瘤体注射后肿瘤明显缩小2例。除1例为术后20多天死亡外，6例生存9～36个月，1例至今仍生存。结论 32 P胶体治疗腹腔晚期恶性肿瘤，效果明显，不良反应小。
