【摘要】 目的 探讨侧脑室引流术及注入尿激酶治疗脑室出血的临床疗效。方法 行侧脑室引流术及注入尿激酶治疗42例病人，并对其疗效进行分析。结果 治疗42例，治愈、好转34例，死亡8例，抢救成功率81%(34/42)。结论 侧脑室引流术及注入尿激酶治疗脑室出血是一种安全有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect on ventricular hemorrhage by lateral ventricular exporting and infusing Urokinase.Methods Treating42patients by lateral ventricular exporting and infusing Urokiˉnase，and then making analysis on the curative effect.Results 42patients were treated，including34healed or better and8dead.Survival rate was81%(34/42).Conclusion Lateral ventricular exporting and infusing urokinase is an effective and safe way to cure ventricular hemorrhage and worth spreading for clinical use.
