【摘要】 目的 了解HBV的传播与感染途径，为预防乙型肝炎提供依据。方法 采集血液、唾液、精液和阴道分泌物为标本，用聚合酶链反应方法检测HBV-DNA。结果 4种标本均可检测到HBV-DNA阳性结果。结论 血液、唾液、精液和阴道分泌物中存在HBV，HBV可以通过这些体液传播;直接接触含有HBV的体液，可以感染HBV。
