    【Abstract】 Objective To provide foundation of reference for prevention and cure and deep study to compliˉcation of brain apoplexy.Methods The complication and fatality rate of300in-patients were reviewed.Results Complication happened to117patients(39%)，the most common complication is infection of loung，it has49cases(16.3%)，infection of urinary tract has18cases(6%)，the alimentary canal blooding has11cases(3.7%)，etc.The complication of brain blooding is most and has40cases(it is40.4%of brain blooding)，the second is ischemic apoplexy and it has65cases(it’s39.4%of ischemic apoplexy).At the same time，the rate of die of apoplexy patients with complication increase and the time in hospital is increase.Conclusion The complication of apoplexy has relation with the prognosis of patients.
