【摘要】 目的 研究微波辅助萃取五味子的提取工艺。方法 以五味子素(五味子甲素和五味子乙素)的提取率为指标，通过正交设计的方案，采用连续微波辐射方法进行微波萃取工艺的优化。结果 微波功率、辐射时间、溶剂浓度、溶剂用量对五味子中有效成分的提取具有交互作用，优化出的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率600W、辐射时间20min、溶剂浓度95%、固液比1∶6。结论 通过验证实验表明，所建立的模型是合理的。
