【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻窦手术中同时处理鼻腔相关疾病的临床意义。方法 对170例鼻窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜手术中，对变异的中、下鼻甲及鼻中隔进行矫正处理(处理组);另选60例鼻窦炎患者(对照组)，有解剖变异本应处理而未处理。在术后对这两组患者就其解剖形态的恢复、鼻窦炎的疗效、粘连的发生率进行对比观察。结果 处理组中解剖形态恢复正常150例(88.2%)，鼻窦炎治愈146例(85.9%)，粘连的发生率18例(10.6%)。对照组中鼻窦炎治愈22例(36.7%)粘连发生28例(46.7%)。结论 在鼻内窥镜手术中同时处理影响鼻腔功能的解剖变异，对于提高鼻窦炎治愈率，改善鼻腔通气引流，降低粘连，具有重要的临床意义。
