【摘要】 目的 研究瑞草糖安口服液(RCTA)对小鼠的降血糖作用。方法 淀粉负荷正常及糖尿病小鼠，同时灌胃给RCTA，测0.5h，2h血糖。链脲霉素(STZ)致糖尿病小鼠，给RCTA4周后测空腹血糖及糖耐量。结果 RCTA可显著降低淀粉负荷正常及糖尿病小鼠高血糖(P<0.01)。给药4周可降低空腹血糖(P<0.05)并改善糖耐量。结论 RCTA有调节糖代谢的作用，可能途径为淀粉酶抑制作用。
