【摘要】 目的 观察CD34 + 造血干细胞诱导针对供者特异性T细胞免疫耐受作用。方法 从健康异基因造血干细胞移植供者采集外周血单个核细胞，用联结抗CD34 + 单抗磁珠纯化CD34 ⁺ 细胞。从健康供者分离反应淋巴细胞(RLs)，1×10 ⁶ RLS分别与(0、0.25、0.5、1)×10 ⁶ CD34 ⁺ 细胞混合培养。刺激细胞来自于CD34 ⁺ 细胞同一供者或第三者。混合淋巴细胞反应( ³ H-TdR掺入法)检测T细胞增殖活性。结果 T细胞增殖实验显示:CD34 ⁺ 细胞:RLs比例为0.5或更高混合培养的淋巴细胞，对来自于CD34 ⁺ 细胞供者的刺激细胞激活作用明显抑制，而对于来自第三者的刺激细胞的激活作用无明显抑制。结论 CD34 ⁺ 造血干细胞具有诱导针对供者特异性T细胞免疫耐受的作用。
