【摘要】 脉诊在中医理论与临床诊断中都占有很重要的地位，运用数学分析法判别脉象是近代中医学研究的重要课题之一。传统的脉象图形数学分析法为时域分析法，对时域内脉象图的特征形参数进行分析研究，寻找出了部分中医脉象的参数定义，解释了脉象三部九候与脏腑疾病的关系。鉴于脉象信号的周期特性，人们将频域分析法应用在脉图的研究上，利用脉谱图分析出了病人与正常人之间存在的显著差异。小波变换分析、多传感器信息融合技术、多尺度估计理论、时间-频率分析方法等，计算机技术基础上的现代数学分析工具和方法，都为中医脉象图形研究提供了新的途径。
