【摘要】 目的 探讨极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断方法及治疗效果。方法 手术治疗经CT诊断的6例极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症。结果 6例患者经9个月～11年随访效果优良。结论 极外侧腰椎间盘突出症以CT扫描确诊率较高，一经确诊，手术治疗为首选。
