【摘要】 目的 探讨口虾蛄提取物对人鼻咽癌细胞系(CNE-2Z)体外转移相关因素的影响及其机理。方法 采用细胞-基质粘附试验、细胞运动试验及人工重组基底膜侵袭试验检测药物对CNE-2Z细胞粘附能力、运动能力及侵袭能力的影响;明胶酶谱法检测药物对CNE-2Z细胞的明胶酶(MMP-2及MMP-9)分泌的影响。结果 口虾蛄提取物能以量效方式抑制CNE-2Z细胞体外运动及侵袭能力，同时能抑制明胶酶B(MMP-9)分泌。但对CNE-2Z细胞-基质粘附无抑制作用。结论 口虾蛄提取物可能通过抑制明胶酶B(MMP-9)分泌而降低CNE-2Z细胞体外运动及侵袭能力。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the extract of oratosquilla on the correlative factors of metastasis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line(CNE-2Z)and its mechanisms.Methods The effects of the drug on the potential of cell adhesion，migration and invasiveness of CNE-2Z were studied with cell-matrix adhesion assay，cell migration assay and matrigel invasion assay.Gelatin zymographywas adopted to study the effects of the drug on the secretion of gelatinase B(MMP-9)of CNE-2Z.Results The result of the cell-matrix adhesion assay indicated that the extract of oratosquilla could reduce the migration and invasiveness potential of CNE-2Z by dose-response fashion in vitro.At the same time the drug also could inhibit the secretion of gelatinase B(MMP-9)of CNE-2Z ......
