【摘要】 目的 探讨虎杖水煎液对病毒性心肌炎的影响，为该药的临床应用提供实验依据。方法 取新生SD大鼠心室肌，培养搏动心肌细胞48h后，接种10 ³ TCID ₅₀ 的柯萨奇B ₃ 病毒作实验性病毒性心肌炎模型。实验分4个组:正常对照组、病毒对照组、阳性对照药物(干扰素)组、虎杖水煎液组。结果 虎杖水煎液使感染病毒后心肌病变明显减轻，改善细胞搏动，明显降低心肌细胞释放酶(乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶)活性，减轻超微结构病变。结论 虎杖水煎液对感染柯萨奇B ₃ 病毒的SD大鼠培养心肌细胞具有抗病毒和明显的保护作用。
