【摘要】 目的 探讨重型不稳定骨盆骨折的治疗效果。方法 (1)急诊救治，及早识别，使用自制骨盆固定止血兜;(2)根据骨盆不稳定性骨折的Tile分型，早期手术内固定，重建骨盆稳定。结果 本组共24例，2例死亡，其中1例合并脑外伤，1例合并血气胸，余22例获得3～22个月随访，平均8个月，总优良率达到90.9%。结论 重型不稳定性骨盆骨折的治疗进展为:(1)急诊救治，及早识别，使用自制骨盆固定止血兜;(2)多科协同处理，抗休克;(3)早期手术复位内固定，重建骨盆稳定;(4)功能康复锻炼。
