    【摘要】 目的 探讨未分化型鼻咽癌(UCNT)组织基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学检测46例鼻咽未分化癌病例标本MMP-9表达情况。结果 淋巴结转移组MMP-9的阳性率为82.4%(28/34)，无淋巴结转移组MMP-9的阳性率为41.7%(5/12)。统计分析表明，MMP-9的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.01)。MMP-9高表达患者的生存时间低于MMP-9低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论 检测UCNT的MMP-9的表达有助于鼻咽癌的辅助诊断和预后判断。
