【摘要】 目的 探讨十二指肠溃疡(DU)患者免疫功能改变的临床意义。方法 采用流式细胞术检测十二指肠溃疡患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 41例DU患者与正常对照组比较CD3差异无显著性，CD4、CD4/CD8比值显著降低(P<0.01)，而CD8明显升高(P<0.01);洛赛克、克拉霉素和替硝唑三联方案治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8比值较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)，而CD8明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化可能在DU的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用，DU的发生、发展及预后与机体免疫功能状态密切相关。
