【摘要】 目的 研究各疳散治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的临床效果。方法对3116例RAU进行了实验组和对照组比较，符合复诊要求者2742例(88%)。结果 实验组有效率为82.2%，对照组有效率为54.3%，两组之间差异有非常显著性(P<0.005)。但在性别、年龄上实验组与对照组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 各疳散治疗RAU具有镇痛效果好、清热解毒快、缩短溃疡时间，促进愈合等功效，临床使用方便、安全。
