【摘要】 目的 探讨单抗板淋巴细胞毒法检测强直性脊柱炎患者HLA-B27临床应用的可行性。方法 用单抗板淋巴细胞毒法(免疫磁珠法分离淋巴细胞)检测145例AS患者及56例AS疑诊患者的HLA-B27表达。同时以201份样本PCR-SSP检测结果作对照。结果 与PCR-SSP法比较，单抗板淋巴细胞毒法的灵敏度为96.3%，特异度为86.8%，误诊率为13.2%，漏诊率为3.7%，阳性预告值为94.9%，阴性预告值为90.2%，总符合率为93.7%。单抗板淋巴细胞毒法重复性好。结论 单抗板淋巴细胞毒法具有准确、实用、快速、易于掌握和开展等优点，适合于基层医院临床应用。
