【摘要】 目的 探讨PPH在治疗重度痔疮中应用的临床价值。方法 采用美国强生公司或国产的圆形吻合器对76例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期脱垂性痔疮进行手术治疗。结果 手术平均时间19min，术后住院时间2～8天，全组患者术后痔疮回缩，随访2～36个月，无复发，无大便失禁、肛门狭窄或肛周脓肿形成等并发症。结论 PPH手术具有安全、有效、术后痛苦少、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是一种治疗重度痔疮较好的新方法。
