【摘要】 为正确评估卫生干部知识结构及继续医学教育的现状，为部队制定继续医学教育的政策和措施提供依据，通过分层抽样，对Z战区团以下卫生干部的知识结构及继续医学教育情况进行了问卷调查。结果显示，在调查的886份有效问卷中，研究生毕业占5.6%;本科毕业占42.4%;大专毕业占29.5%;中专毕业占22.5%。351名护理专业的干部中，中专学历者占45.3%。英语及计算机应用水平调查显示，能较熟练阅读和翻译英语专业文章的人占被调查人数的32.0%，英语水平最差者为护理专业，被调查的351名干部中，有100名很差，占28.5%。能熟练使用计算机输入和编辑文本者占21.3%。卫生干部学历结构及文化素质偏低的现状应引起各主管部门的高度重视。
