【摘要】 目的 调查肝病住院病人对医院形象及设施、医疗服务、医疗效果/费用等方面的满意度。方法 自行设计自填式问卷，研究者以中立态度发放调查表，选取住院肝病病人178例。结果 肝病住院病人对医院服务质量、技术水平满意度较高。影响病人满意度的主要问题是伙食、浴室问题和医疗费用问题。结论 改善伙食、浴室是改善医院设施的重要步骤;不断提高肝病治疗的疗效，努力降低服务成本，是提高住院肝病患者满意度的重要举措。
