【摘要】 目的 探讨潜力灵芝胶囊对免疫系统，特别是人体NK细胞功能的影响。方法 选择60例健康受试者，按照每次2粒，每日3次服用潜力灵芝胶囊，连续服用12个月，用LDH释放法检测NK细胞自然杀伤率，计算每位受试者服药前后NK细胞自然杀伤率的差值并进行统计学分析。结果 服潜力灵芝胶囊前后NK细胞自然杀伤率的差异有非常显著性，服潜力灵芝胶囊后NK细胞自然杀伤率的标准差比服潜力灵芝胶囊前变小。结论 服用潜力灵芝胶囊对NK细胞自然杀伤率有明显影响。
