【摘要】 目的 探讨彩超引导下采用置换式硬化法介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法 彩超引导下对68例卵巢囊肿经阴道穿刺、抽吸并注入无水酒精硬化剂。结果 68例中，总有效率98.5%，治愈率82.4%。结论 彩超引导下置换式硬化法治疗囊肿是临床微创治疗的有效新途径。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of intervention of ovarian cysts of68cases by exchange-hardening and transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS).Methods Ovarian cysts of68cases were punctured，drawn，and injected with the hardener of absolute alcohol by TVCDS.Results The effective rate and cure rate are98.5%and82.4%respectively.Conclusion It is a new clinical microwounded method that intervention of ovarian cysts is applied by exchange-hardening and TVCDS.
