【摘要】 目的 报告4例肾上腺神经鞘瘤。方法 回顾性分析4例肾上腺神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料，结合文献复习并讨论此病的临床特点及诊治方法。结果 4例肿瘤患者均行手术治疗，术后病理均为良性，随访1～8年未见复发。结论 肾上腺神经鞘瘤术前诊断困难，B超、CT有助于定位，术前不易定性，手术切除是最佳的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To present4cases of neurilemmoma of adrenal gland.Methods The clinical maniˉfestation，diagnosis and treatment of4cases of neurilemmoma of adrenal gland were reviewed retrospectively.Results All the patients received tumor resection，and the diagnosis was assessed on pathological study.All the patients have been in good condition and tumor free on1～8years of follow up.Conclusion It is difficult to diagnose the tumor preoperatively.Ultrasonography and CT will benefit the location of the tumor.Tumor resection is the best choice of treament with good prognosis.
