【摘要】 目的 建立板蓝根药材的评价方法。方法 采用TLC法进行有机酸薄层色谱鉴别，采用HPLC法进行腺苷类成分的含量测定。结果 两种方法均操作简单，重复性好，准确可靠。结论 可利用此方法控制板蓝根药材的质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to evaluate Isatis indigotica Fort.Methods TLC were chosen to identify organic acids.The con ent of adenosine was determined by HPLC.Results This two chromatogram method are easy to be operated and had goog repeatability.Conclusion This standard can be used to control the quality of Isatis indigotica Fort.
