    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of HRCT in silicosis and improve the accuracy of diagˉnosis.Methods The HRCT signs of100silicosis patients were analyzed retrospectively，76of them in stageⅠ，19of them in stageⅡ，and5of them in stageⅢ，cases of15percent were associated with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer.Results The early HRCTmanifestation of silicosis were increase lung marking and some small nodules around hilus of lung.The silicotic nodules could distribute the entire lung field in late stage(more than2mm in diameter)，the nodules with hyper and even density，the clean boundary，or many small nodules could form a big lesions(more than2mm in diameter)，the edge of lesion presented short and thick spiculation，partial silicotic nodules with pulmonary TB and lung cancer.Conclusion HRCT examination is very helpful to the correct diagnosis of silicosis.It is superior to X-ray in finding some smaller lesions.The accuracy of diagnosing silicosis can be improved.
